Introduction

When accessing the Settings section, we will obtain the following view:

The settings section has two main tabs:

• General.
• Users.

General tab

In this tab, shippers can access the data registered in the platform for their company.

3 sets of information are registered:

• General company info.
• Company address.
• Billing address.

The registration process of a shipper on the platform is performed and supervised by Fr8App staff for security reasons. In case of updates, please contact your Fr8App representative to update your profile.

Users tab

In the users tab you can view and manage the users related to the shipper's account in Fr8App.

A shipper account can create as many users as you need for your account, with different roles and functions available.
