Introduction to the Multiple Bill of Lading Information Template

If you have multiple items of goods, or if the information you need to fill out on your Bill of Lading is regularly repeated, Fr8App offers the option of bulk uploading data to Bill of Lading using a template.

You can conveniently download and store this template on your computer or device, and reuse it as many times as necessary to automatically fill in the Bill of Lading information for your shipments in Fr8App.

To use the bulk upload feature for Bill of Lading, please download the following template:

It is recommended to download and save the file in Excel format so you can edit and use the "Drop Down" function in the corresponding cells.

Cómo Cargar la Plantilla de Información Carta Porte Múltiple

Access the detailed view of the shipment where you want to include the Bill of Lading documentation, in the Documents tab.

And once in the list of documents, click Add Document.

A document upload pop-up window will open from your device, where you can select Bulk Bill of Lading Information from the document type drop-down.

Select the template from your computer and upload it to Fr8app by clicking Save.

You will receive a success message in the upper right corner when Fr8app processes the template.

If you want to check that everything was uploaded correctly using the template, you can click on Bill of Lading Information in the top right corner of the detailed view of the load:

All information fields for the Bill of Lading will open, and you can easily check that all the data has been transferred correctly.
