Fr8App has the ability to send notifications regarding your shipments through various means of communication, such as:
- Email.
- Whatsapp.
- Platform integration via API, EDI, etc.
Email Notifications
Fr8app offers more than 20 statuses and related features to track the progress of a shipment. And if you prefer, you can conveniently receive email notifications to track the progress of your shipments in Fr8app.
You don't have to subscribe to all of them; you can subscribe to the status notifications that interest you.
Currently, this setting isn't possible in your shipper view. To activate, deactivate, or manage your email notifications, please contact us so our operators can customize your email notifications according to your preferences.
Notifications via WhatsApp
If you, as a shipper, have decided to open a WhatsApp group to manage your shipments with Fr8app, you can also enjoy convenient automatic notifications with important information regarding your shipments.

We offer several types of notifications: unit dispatch, status changes, POD loading, etc.
Notifications include a summary of important information regarding the update, as well as personalized URLs so you can access the detailed view of the shipment in Fr8App with just one click.
