To create a complete load from scratch manually, without the help of templates, click on Publish Load from the Loads section of Fr8app:

Pickup and Delivery Information

The first sections to fill out are the origin and destination points.

If we have preloaded our facilities on the platform, they can be conveniently and easily selected from the drop-down menu, which will automatically fill in the facility information fields.

If it's a new location that we haven't pre-registered, we'll be asked to fill out important fields for its identification and operation, such as:

• Direction
• Receiver / Consignee.

Dates

Boarding dates are always mandatory.

Team and merchandise details

Shipment Identifiers

Fields are provided for the collection number, which is mandatory, and also the possibility of clicking on Show Optional Identifiers, to display an extra set of fields to fill in other available identifiers such as BOL, Order or Stamp Number, Box Number, etc.

Rate and Publication

On this final screen:

• We'll add a maximum price as the rate for the shipment.
• We'll assign an expiration date to the shipment proposal.
• We'll click Publish Load.
