Important: It is only possible to delete a public load in the customer profile if it has NOT been assigned to a carrier, i.e., if it has the Created status.
Once the status is Assigned, the load must be canceled by contacting your Customer Representative.
To delete a load with its offer in the system, go to the Loads tab -> Identify the load of interest -> Click on the load.
Go to the view where the details of the posted cargo are displayed; to cancel the cargo, click Unposted Load.
