Introduction to a load's Bill of Lading
The shipper profile can pre-fill the Carta Porte information from the first steps of the shipment process, so that both the Carrier profile and the Fleetrocket Collaborator profile can access it.
To fill out the Carta Porte information for a load, go to Loads -> Identify the load of interest -> Click on the load.
How to provide the Bill of Lading information for a load
Once inside the load, you'll see the route map. Click on the Carta Porte Information at the top right.
Fill in the Carta Porte information regarding Origin, Destination, Goods, Notified, and finally click Save.
How to Edit the Bill of Lading information of a load
After it has been created, in the same tab there is the option to edit the information.

Automatic Reception of Carriers Bill of Lading via Fr8App
In relation to the above, the same thing happens in the opposite direction:
- when you upload the information for the Bill of Lading in Fr8App, the carrier is notified and accesses the information provided.
- the carrier fills the Bill of Lading, and attaches it in Fr8App for you.
- Fr8App detects this activity, makes it conveniently available to you in your account in the corresponding shipment, and also notifies you through all the notification channels you have enabled (email, WhatsApp, etc).
