The Loads tab is where you can see all the active loads in the customer profile:
How to check all active loads
To view all the current loads in our system, go to the Loads tab on the left side of the screen and look at the list where there is a load you want to identify.
How to view the details of a load in the system
To view the details of a load in the system, go to the Loads tab -> Identify the load of interest -> Click on the load.
Once inside the cargo, you'll see the route map. Click on Shipment Details in the top right corner to view all the relevant information.
And so, you can see all the details, activity logs, and documents.
Loads Menu vs. Archive Menu
The Archive tab is where you can see all completed uploads, whether they were Completed or Canceled.
