Within the mobile app, the driver can use various features to provide all kinds of updates regarding the load being handled, as well as the ability to manage the loads they handle on their own in a simple way.
Loads and status in Fr8App mobile
This will be your Fr8APP home page and your starting point when you log in to the app.
Here you can see all your loads in a clear and organized way.
Each load is presented with key information such as origin, destination, dates, and more.
You can easily browse the list and find the load you are interested in.
How to view my loads in Fr8App
From the home page, you can access all the information related to a load.
To view the details of a load, select your load from the list of loads and click on the More info button.
Here you will find information such as the type of load, dimensions, weight, special requirements, and any other relevant information.
Be sure to review all details for effective load management.
Once inside, you will be able to view the map and all the details regarding the load, its collection, and its destination.
How to filter loads on the initial screen
By status
To filter loads by status, go to the filters in the upper left corner and select the status you want to view. In this example, it is "At destination."
To remove the filters by status, you need to go back to the filters button and select all loads.
POD Pending / Completed
If we select the POD tab at the top right of the screen, our completed trips will be displayed.
Those shown at the top are completed trips with the Proof of Delivery (POD) document pending upload, giving the option to upload the document.
Those shown at the bottom are completed trips with the Proof of Delivery (POD) document already uploaded.
How to update the status of a load
To change the status of a load, select your load from the list of shipments and select "Change status."
There you will find the option to update the status, whether it is in transit, delivered, or other relevant statuses.
Keep the information up to date for better communication with your business partners.
Select Change Status and swipe right to update the status correctly. The change will be displayed immediately.

Types of documents to upload in Fr8App mobile
Proof of Delivery (POD)
Proof of Delivery, or POD, is the document by which a company can verify that the delivery of the load was adequate within the promised time frame. It also serves to identify whether there were any problems with the shipment of the product. This document is usually uploaded at the end of the load's journey.
Photograph / Other
This type of file is for providing photographic evidence or various documents without specific classification.
Subject
For carriers who work with customers who use this type of document for incident reports (returns and missing items).
How to upload load documents
To upload load documents, you must select your load from the shipment list.
You need to select the Document symbol marked with a paperclip.
Then, select the method by which you want to upload the file, either from your phone's storage or from a snapshot taken with the camera.
*If you select File, you will need to select the file from your phone's storage.
*If you select Camera, the camera app will open so you can take a photo.
Next, select the type of document you want to upload from the drop-down list (POD, Photo/Other, Subject).
Finally, select Upload Document.
It is also possible to upload files from the more information screen about an upload, in the clip in the upper right corner.

To send messages regarding a load, select your load from the list of shipments and select the message button with the speech bubble icon.
We write our message in the text box and finally select send on our keyboard.
