How to receive credentials for the mobile app
In order to obtain the credentials of an operator who will use the Fr8App mobile app to update their loads, the Dispatcher/Coordinator/Person who has access to the web platform must grant them after they have been generated.
How to access Fr8App
Once the application is installed, you need to open it and enter the credentials provided previously to log in.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to use the application.
How to reset your password (Mobile)
It is not possible to change or recover your password in the mobile app.
If necessary, the driver must contact their carrier's manager/dispatcher/coordinator to request new credentials, which will be generated in the FR8APP version on a computer.
If you wish to use the same email address, you must first delete the old profile to free up the email address, and then create a new operator profile with your email address.
