Carrier User Types
Before beginning to detail Fr8App for transport lines, it is important to highlight that within transport lines, there are two views in Fr8App for two very different types of users:
Carrier User
Refers to users from the perspective of a carrier who use our platform in its Web version on their computer, to manage their loads, operators and documents.
They can access it at the following link using their corresponding credentials.
Driver User
Driver Users refer to operators who use the Mobile Application to provide load updates to carriers and people involved in the operation.
They can access it by downloading the Fr8App mobile application (Freight App) in the Play Store for Android or in the App Store for iOS.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, click on the I forgot my password button.
Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.
You will receive an email in which you must click on Reset my password.
On the new screen, fill in both boxes with your new password and once you are sure of it and both match, click on Set my new password.
How to access Fr8App
To access the Fr8App system, you must log in to my.fr8.app.
Then log in with the credentials provided by your representative.
If you have any problems with your credentials, please try the password reset process, and if you continue to have access problems, please contact your representative to validate your credentials.
If you access the system for the first time with correct credentials, you will be asked to accept a liability agreement.
Troubleshooting access to carrier platform
I cannot reset my password because I no longer have access to the registered email
If you do not remember the email that was used or you no longer have access to it, please contact your Carrier representative, notifying them of the account and the email with which you are trying to access.
