Introduction to Drivers in Fr8App
In this tab you can manage the Drivers belonging to the Carrier account.
Drivers or Operators are users of the Fr8App mobile platform. They do not have access to the Fr8App Web application, they operate the app on their cell phone and are responsible for providing real-time updates on the loads they are operating.
How to add a Driver user
To add a new Driver user, you need to go to the Drivers tab on the left side.
Then go to the Create New button on the top right side.
Fill out all the required fields, including the option to upload a profile photo (optional) and click Save.
Once a driver has been registered, they will be able to access the application with their email address and password.
How to delete a Driver user
To add a new Driver user you need to go to the Drivers tab on the left side.
Once in the list of drivers, it is necessary to identify the driver that we want to delete and click on the Delete button on the right side.
A confirmation box will appear, click OK.
